Because all MMCLIX products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection or change of mind.
However, we stand behind our products.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Lost Packages
If a package is lost in transit:
- We will work with the carrier to investigate
- Replacement or refund decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis
Non-Returnable Items
- Wrong size ordered
- Buyer’s remorse
- Normal wear and tear
